Third Annual Tri-City Medical Center Senior Mile
If you are 65 years and over we invite you to run, walk, push or be pushed for 1 Mile.

We are featuring our over 65 superstars in a timed 1 mile walk and/or run on Thursday morning, Nov. 22, at 10:20 am, right after the 10K and 5K events. The 1-Mile start line is located at 306 Pacific Street.
Awards will be given out in 5 year age groups starting at 65-69; 70-74; 75-79; 80-84; 85- 89; 90 – 94 and 95 and over.
The cost is $30. Each senior participating will receive a t-shirt, goodie bag, and custom Trot medal.
* Family members are welcome to participate free of charge to provide assistance, if needed. Family members will not received amenities without registering (shirt, medal, finish food, backpacks etc.)
