oside turkey trot 5k

We are featuring our over 65 superstars in a timed 1 mile walk and/or run on Thursday morning, Nov. 21, right after the 10K and 5K events.

Awards will be given out in 5 year age groups starting at 65-69; 70-74; 75-79; 80-84; 85- 89; 90 – 94 and 95 and over.

The cost is $30. Each senior participating will receive a t-shirt, goodie bag, and custom Trot medal.

* Family members are welcome to participate free of charge to provide assistance, if needed. Family members will not received amenities without registering (shirt, medal, finish food, backpacks etc.)

Registration is available online or during the expo on Tuesday, Nov. 20 and Wednesday, Nov. 21.  Please contact us regarding additional bus drop off and handicap parking.

Featuring one of our oldest finishers in the 1 Mile  96 year old Mickey Stolzoff picture with her great grand children above. Mickey passed away in 2017. And Move Your Feet Before You Eat!® Foundation spokeswoman 83 year old Anne Garrett Finishing the 1 Mile in first place for 80- 84 year old age group.
